RealYou is at the halfway point of its six-month build, with a functional prototype targeted for the end of June. This week the team is applying the final brand palette across the prototype and site, refining the portal experience, and benchmarking video models for the personalized segments. The 63-day program structure and daily ritual are now locked, so the build can move at pace toward the August beta.

The brand identity is locked, with the hand-drawn, stamp-style direction and the navy and amber palette, and the therealyou.ai website is being built out section by section. Content and search infrastructure continues alongside, with the program language reworked into universal, source-independent terms.

Model testing and review

The video platform will be a full build from scratch. Right now it is in prototype review: testing models and samples and the continuity approach before the build begins. The format is locked, narration-based personalized segments at a high-definition standard, built to stitch short clips into longer, fluid segments.

With the 63-day program defined and the prototype in hand, the focus is shifting to the go-to-market plan. The path runs through an August beta to the September launch, positioned for both individual users and professional markets such as coaches, therapists, and workplace programs. Marketing implementation and a post-launch plan are now getting underway alongside the final build.
