RealYou progress this week.
The video generation tool is ready for your team to test, and feedback on it is the most useful thing you could send us this week. What helps most is knowing whether the generated videos land the way you expect, whether anything looks wrong inside a finished video, and whether the flow from the first questions through to the film makes sense. Mobile is the priority test surface, so a phone is the best place to try it. Testing it is what sets up the next stage of the build. This cycle also brought the website down to a single-page experience, with the deeper program content living inside the portal, plus a run of improvements to the video generation itself.
Brand and website
In progress
Single-page site and payment section delivered
The brand is locked: hand-drawn, stamp-style, blue and gold. The website is now a single-page experience, with the How It Works and Program content moved into the Resources section inside the portal so it stays discoverable while sitting behind the login. The full site was reviewed across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and the display issues found in that pass were fixed. Portal navigation and connectivity were tidied up so every section, link, and button works the way it should.

Video platform
Prototype review
Ready for your team to test and send feedback
The video platform is a full build from scratch, and it is ready for your team to test. Video generation now chains longer sequences instead of stopping at fifteen seconds, several films generate at the same time, and narration pacing and length line up with the video, with an automatic retry when they drift apart. Early face-swapping is in, so a user picks a photo from their own device and that person's details shape the result. The prompt was refined to keep visual anomalies out of the finished film. What we need back from you is feedback: whether the generated videos land the way you expect, whether anything looks wrong inside a finished video, and whether the flow from the first questions through to the film makes sense. Mobile is the priority test surface, so a phone is the best place to try it. With the hosting approach settled on AWS, the data build behind the platform is also getting under way.

Admin dashboard and automations
In progress
Running the business from inside the product
This is the side of the product you run the business from. The admin dashboard brings social performance, subscriptions, email campaigns and the customer records behind them, finances, and video generation activity into one place, so you see what is happening without asking anyone to pull it together. Alongside it we will be turning on automations so the routine steps run on their own. The dashboard is built across July and August and gets presented to you in early September.
