Once approved, the platform build starts immediately. This week also brings the data-security infrastructure proposal and executive AI training on July 1. Beta target: mid-August.

The team is making the final changes this week based on your feedback, and the complete MVP comes to you next Wednesday for sign-off. Come with notes and we will walk through it together before the build starts.

The video platform is a full build from scratch. The foundational backend work is complete and the format is locked: narration-based, personalized segments stitched from short clips into a fluid, high-definition experience. Next Wednesday the team brings the video feature and the website together as one complete flow for your review and sign-off.

With the 63-day program defined and the platform approaching MVP approval, the focus is on go-to-market. This week the team is bringing a data-security infrastructure proposal, with a presentation, a cost model, and a build calculator laying out the approach for protecting user data at scale. The path runs through an August beta to the September launch, positioned for individual users and professional markets including coaches, therapists, and workplace programs. A Dashboard Admin view for social performance, subscriptions, and finances is scoped across July and August.
