RealYou progress this week.
The RealYou demo is now live behind a password gate for your team to test, with full three-minute personalized videos rendering end to end and faster than before. The portal and onboarding had a wide round of refinements, and the website is moving to a single streamlined experience with the deeper program content living inside the portal. This week also brings the data-security and hosting proposal with three options for you to weigh, and your hosting choice is the next decision before the remaining build moves ahead toward the mid-August beta.

Single-page site ships this week, portal refined
The brand is locked: hand-drawn, stamp-style, blue and gold. This cycle the website and portal experience saw a wide round of refinements. The homepage is now a single-page login portal, onboarding is streamlined, and the daily practice, journal, mood tracking, and account screens were cleaned up. The full site conversion to a single, streamlined experience ships this week, with the deeper program and community content moving into the portal so it stays discoverable while sitting behind the paywall.
| Task | Owner | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single-page website conversion | AIDM | This week | Ships to you this week. The deeper program and community content moves into the portal Resources section, and search visibility stays intact because those pages remain indexed. |
| Landing page testimonials | AIDM | In progress | Adding video testimonials to the landing page ahead of the login gate. |
| Website content refinements | AIDM | In progress | Final copy and page cleanup across the site as it consolidates. |
| Social media automation | AIDM | Planned | Contracted social automation scoped for the marketing rollout. |
Video platform
Prototype review
Live for testing, feedback this week
The video platform is a full build from scratch, and it is now live behind a password gate for your team to test. Full three-minute personalized videos render end to end, faster than before, and the earlier visual glitches with reflections, clothing, and stitching are resolved. The narration has been reworked into the RealYou go-giver voice, with an added warmer voice option to choose from. Mobile is the priority test surface, so incognito windows on a phone are the best way in this round. Your team's full review of the videos, design, and content is the next gate before AIDM can move into the next build phase.
| Task | Owner | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Client testing round | Your team | This week | Create about six demo videos and send feedback early this week, ideally from a phone. |
| Faster generation and longer films | AIDM | In progress | Shortening wait times, enabling longer films, and adding a download option so testers can flag clips. |
| Generate several videos at once | AIDM | In progress | Making generation run in the background so longer films do not time out and more than one can be produced at a time. |
| Full review of videos, design, and content | Your team | Awaiting | Needed before AIDM can begin the next phase of the build. |

Hosting decision is the next gate
With the demo live and your team testing it, the focus turns to the data-security and hosting decision and the path to the mid-August beta. The data-security and hosting proposal is presented with three options: a standard cloud setup, an international setup, or a US-based private data center. Your hosting choice is the next decision, and the remaining feature build waits on it. The launch is positioned for individual users and for professional markets including coaches, therapists, and workplace programs, and a Dashboard Admin view for social performance, subscriptions, and finances is scoped across July and August.
