RealYou progress this week.
Your website is built, and logins are going out to your team this week so you can see it directly. On the video side, the platform has moved onto a new generation model with the prompts rewritten to match it, and the narration voice and identity-consistency problems your team flagged are both fixed. Multiple photo uploads and multi-shot video are now in active build. At last week's review call we agreed a few things: tool approvals move from scheduled calls to email, the "you choose" interview format is confirmed, and linked family accounts stay on hold until after the initial launch. The platform's own infrastructure work continues on your AWS environment, with authentication, output delivery, and the supporting APIs next. The beta launch is now targeting August 21.

To talk through together
These are things your team has asked for that we would like to keep visible here, even while they sit outside this week's active build. How the narration is written is a quick wording change on our side. Narration in your own voice is on our plan for a later stage, once the core platform is steady. The live avatar interview idea is one we are reviewing the possibility of, and we will bring back our thinking on it.
| Request | Owner | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| How the narration is written | AIDM | Straightforward | What the narration says, and whether it speaks as the person or about them. This is a wording and prompt change on our side, so it is quick to adjust once we know which reads better to you. |
| Narration in a user's own voice | AIDM | Planned for later | Generating the narration in a user's own voice is on our plan for a later stage of the build, once the core platform is steady. We know your team feels strongly about this and understand the thinking behind it, and we will come back to it once the platform is further along. |
| Live avatar interview experience | AIDM | Reviewing the possibility | Your team raised the idea of a live avatar leading the interview by voice. We are reviewing the possibility and will bring back our thinking on how it could fit the platform. |
Brand and website
In progress
Website built, launch prep next
The brand is locked: hand-drawn, stamp-style, blue and gold. The website is built, with both agreed edits in place: the word "ritual" is out across the whole site, replaced with practice or routine, and the "six steps, fifteen minutes" section now sits behind the login rather than in front of it. Logins are going out to your team so you can see it directly. Launch prep continues alongside it: the social channels are being set up, the branding visuals for the tool launch are in production, and your team's testimonials will go onto the site once they are ready.
| Task | Owner | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing page testimonials | AIDM | In progress | Adding your team's video testimonials to the landing page once they are ready to send. |
| Social channels | AIDM | In progress | Four channels are set for launch: Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. The TikTok page is being built and account setup instructions are on their way to your team. |
| Branding visuals for the tool launch | AIDM | In progress | Creating the brand visuals for the tool launch. |
| Record testimonials for the site | Your team | Awaiting your team | Whenever your team can record these, we will add them to the landing page. No specific deadline on our side. |
Video platform
Prototype review
New video model in place, testing under way
The video platform is a full build from scratch. The platform has moved onto a new video generation model, chosen for better motion and likeness, with the prompts rewritten to match it. Multiple photo uploads and multi-shot video are now in build on top of it. Testing has moved fully in-house: every build goes through a complete internal pass before it reaches you, so what you receive is a finished iteration rather than a partial one. The narration voice and the identity-consistency issue your team flagged are both fixed. What is left is the remaining dictation and image-generation work, plus login access, alongside the platform's own infrastructure build on AWS, which now covers authentication, output delivery, and the supporting APIs.
| Task | Owner | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Multiple photo uploads and multi-shot video | AIDM | This week | Letting a user bring in more than one photo of themselves, so a video can draw on several images rather than one. Multi-shot video builds on this same work. |
| Full internal testing before release | AIDM | In progress | Every build now goes through a full internal pass before it comes to you, so what you receive is a complete iteration to review. |
| Infrastructure build on AWS | AIDM | In progress | Standing up the servers, interfaces, and the video pipeline the platform runs on, now that hosting is settled on AWS. Authentication, output delivery, and the supporting APIs are next. |
| Dictation and speech-to-text | AIDM | In progress | Working through the remaining problems your team reported: dictation returning the wrong words after a few seconds, and image generation. Login access is being checked alongside them. |
Admin dashboard and automations
In progress
Running the business from inside the product
This is the side of the product you run the business from. The admin dashboard brings social performance, subscriptions, email campaigns and the customer records behind them, finances, and video generation activity into one place, so you see what is happening without asking anyone to pull it together. Alongside it we will be turning on automations so the routine steps run on their own. The dashboard build continues now and gets presented to you in September.
| Task | Owner | When | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Admin dashboard | AIDM | Aug to Sep | One place to see social performance, subscriptions, email campaigns and the customer records behind them, finances, and video generation activity, so the business runs from inside the product rather than alongside it. |
| Automations | AIDM | Planned | Turning on automations across the day-to-day running of the business, so the routine steps happen without anyone doing them by hand. |
